Individual Private Pilates Sessions
Personalized Pilates programs can be designed for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Pilates is ideal for the already active individual looking to enhance their fitness routine.
Specialized programs can assist those suffering from health issues such as fybromyalgia, arthritis and osteoporosis.
Other programs can be developed for teen and adult athletes for such sports as golf, swimming, running and cycling.
Sessions are 45-60 minutes in length, depending upon the work to be done. Fees apply to all individuals, regardless of whether or not they are members of the YMCA.
