Pilates is a method of exercise that can be performed by people of all fitness levels. Pilates exercises focus on core abdominal and back muscles, while utilizing deep breathing, controlled mindful movements and stretching. These exercises are "designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body"(PMA, March 2006).
Precision Pilates Personal Training is a studio that allows individuals to achieve their goals through private, one on one, lessons. This can be accomplished by using the Reformer and Tower Combination System, Ladder Barrel, Jump Board, Spine Corrector and Mat Exercises. All apparatus is by Balanced Body. Planning is in the works to add the Wunda Chair.
